back from kayaking expedition. i actually wanted to blog during the camp, lol, theres WIFI there, and i did not surrender my mobile to the teachers.(if you noticed or did not, the date that i set up a title for this post is during camp.):D

well i wouldn't say this expedition was fun and coolios,i felt it was rather boring and lethargic but still theres a tinge of fun innit, and it fulfilled my purpose of being there.

1, letitia did not hand up our "cadet friendly" proposal to miss Raj. and raj had no choice but to report to Mr ow.
2. there was TAF club ppl and DSA students joining us, so the camp wasn't strict at all as we couldn't do heavy punishments that we can handle but not them.
3, leading the whole of ncc sea isn't as easy as it looks, i looked at bryan and put myself in his shoes. it's hard really, without experience.
4. was partnered with hubert dude and appointed Kayaking 2nd IC, wich is being a sweeper. had a hard time sweeping, really.
5. then, capt alvin asked hubert to change seats in the kayak with a girl called Ying min. learnt lots of facts abt her, she's a DSA student to the cca volleyball in our school, but wants to join NCC sea. so she came for this expedition to 'try out' whats it like in ncc sea.

Tie, she is the first girl i kayaked with. i always stick to guy partners like zayne or yi qi. but this time, had no choice. i sure hope not all girl kayakers are like her, coz she did not paddle much during the whole journey. WHOLE JOURNEY. i figured if she continues on like that, the boat wouldn't move, so i tried mr nice guy and paddled on like a berserker. trust me, i lost all my energy when we got back. she must have had a great "boat ride" during the whole expedition. :)

plus this time i had no motivation. kept pressing on, and i made the boat where mr ow and the fasting muslims were on my, "target motivation". i tried chasing the boat. dang it was too fast. :(

i'm sunburnt, tired and dissapointed.
